Seonil Yun

Born and grew up in Seoul, South Korea, ‘a land in between’, Seonil studied German Language and Literature on full scholarship at the Seoul National University. After several transformative periods gaining work experience in diverse sectors travelling around, she discovered a division called visual communications by the merest chance, which led her back to her original interests: multifarious forms of languages and texts. Right after an early graduation from the Rhode Island School of Design, she joined the effort of the Font Bureau in winter 2004.
