Return Policy

Fonts -
Because our fonts are software, in most cases, they are NOT returnable once they are delivered. At Font Bureau’s discretion, we will consider requests for returns. The factors we will consider in making our decision include the time that has passed since your order was placed and your purchase history with us. If your order is for a license to use fonts on multiple workstations and you contact us immediately after your order is filled; in most cases we will agree to change the licensing to one workstation and issue a credit to your card for the difference in the cost.

Books -
Provided that that books are unused and returned in good condition, we will accept returns and reimburse the client’s card for the cost of the book, but not for shipping costs.
