PrensaPrensa Italic reads well in extended text. In most typefaces setting a few words in italic within roman text is effective for creating emphasis, but proves tiring if the italicized text exceeds a couple of lines. Prensa Italic approaches the structure of an obliqued roman; cursive touches are restricted to a few characters, particularly “a k n f”. It reads well in mass, yet contrasts enough to set off short patches within roman text. |
