An upcoming trip to Japan has revived a not-very-dormant interest in tokusatsu. In a recent sketchbook, I drew the characters for 'kaiju', which translates as monster. In the process, some of the counter forms disappeared—perhaps destroying legibility. We must flee!

The Star Wars website is using Antenna, thanks to Webtype. I think that makes me a Jedi knight! I feel a great disturbance in the letter spacing in the Star Wars logo…
